The Anchor pavilion engages artists and community members through a unique creative process aimed at deepening connections and building new relationships. The residency is "anchored" by a commissioned outdoor exhibitions and performances designed in collaboration with Human Scale, park staff and community members. Activities such as outdoor performances, public gatherings, recreational use, and educational purposes.
