La Casa Norte serves youth and families confronting homelessness by providing access to stable housing and delivering comprehensive services that act as a catalyst to transform lives and communities. The program provides the youth and families at risk living in 55 Chicago Zip codes. The project is organized by various types of housing categories like permanent, transitional, and emergency housing augmented by food services and access to Healthcare making it a holistic approach to addressing homelessness.
