The project's design strategies focus on creating a flexible and inclusive space that fosters creativity and collaboration. It offers a variety of programs and spaces, including performance venues, art studios, classrooms, galleries, and rehearsal spaces. These facilities are intended to support a wide range of activities such as exhibitions, performances, workshops, lectures, and community events, promoting artistic exploration and cultural exchange.
