The North Lawndale Employment Network building is on the West Side of Chicago in the North Lawndale (Homan Square) neighborhood. Formerly a bank, this building was renovated into a welcoming space with a one-story glass addition, green spaces, and other gathering spaces on the site such as a community event space, private garden, local bank, and cafe.
An employment advocacy center that provides transitional jobs for formerly incarcerated North Lawndale residents and those that are struggling with joining the workforce.
