This project started in the 1880s and was completed in 1895. The church is located in Woodlawn, Chicago. This church built a strong community for the people who went to it and provided a lot to the community.
This project was a game changer for Chicago in the sense of Community. Chicago has a lot of crime and gang activity, but you can always count on people to get together to go to Church and worship God. This project brought people together and made one big community.
